Youth Weightlifting
(Ages 8-12)
In this class, participants will learn the correct foundations for weight training. Ginel will cover the basic principles of weight lifting and the terminology for the different body parts that are activated in each exercise. Participants are taught through practice and theory. This program is designed to get kids excited and ready to lift through games and engaging movements.
Teen Boys Weightlifting
and
Teen Girls Weightlifting
(Age 12-16)
In these dynamic class, teens will learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, focusing on proper form and technique to ensure safety. They'll be introduced to the concept of progressive overload, learning how to gradually increase weight and intensity to build strength effectively. Through guided instruction, participants will develop a solid foundation in weightlifting, empowering them to train safely and confidently.
