Our gym is all about personal and supportive health and fitness. Our group fitness classes are no different. Join us for a one hour workout session with a group of likeminded and supportive people! With regular attendance, our group classes are shaped by the needs and interests of our students. We believe a personal experience is always possible!

Momentum
“Fun”ctional classes with movements from gymnastics, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, callisthenics, kettlebells and much more. Keep your fitness journey moving forward with this dynamic, ever-changing workout that tests and improves endurance, mobility, and strength.

Shape-Up
All levels are welcome! Come as you are and shape-up with beginner and modified exercises. This class combines a deep workout with functional fitness. You will notice a dynamic improvement in your fitness abilities through the use of mobility work and lower impact movements. All exercises are modifiable to work for you. - Monday and Friday 8:00am.
Womens Strength and Lift
Build strength and confidence in a supportive, small-group environment. This 60 min class focuses on learning proper lifting technique, improving overall strength, and progressing at your own pace. Designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, each session includes a guided warm-up, mobility work and a coached strength training using a variety of equipment. Personalized coaching ensures you feel safe, successful, and powerful in every lift.
